yesterday i sat finishing up something or other letting my mind wander willy nilly when the thought crossed my mind, 'I haven't picked up my camera for personal use in....'  oh, dear.  i seriously couldn't remember, and that kind of freaked me out.  so i immediately grabbed lily and we ran out to the backyard for some photo time.  occasionally lily fights with the camera, but let's face it, most of the time she is overjoyed to have that thing in her face.  she is such a goofball, and so willing.

me: lily go out there and jump up and down
lily:  OKAY!!!!
