yoga child
I've been taking a few yoga classes lately and I think I have fallen in love. Incidentally I think someone else has too...
Every time I come home with my mat Lily insists on doing a few of her own Yoga moves before it gets put away, well yesterday I found a couple great kid yoga poses online and we tried them out together (thank you pinterest).

Hailey has recently gotten into yoga too. We found a YouTube channel with yoga videos for kids. It's called Cosmic Kids Yoga. Hailey loves it.
